The key benefits INTERGLOBE provides to our contracted clients include: - We supply workers and handle all payroll functions. This means that once you have supplied us with hours worked, your responsibility is completed.
- We supply long and short-term contractual staff in any industry.
- As a registered labour broker and employer we take care of the employment process and administration, enforcement of discipline, payroll, and compliance with the statutory requirements such as deduction and payments of PAYE, UIF and the BIBC (BIBC only on clients request, but mostly all building clients)
- You retain total control over workers with regards to daily dress code, behaviour and standard of work, as if you directly employed the worker.
- Should you have any problems, Interglobe will follow the necessary procedures to resolve the problem. If necessary, Interglobe will replace the worker within 24 hours notice (where possible).
- We will handle all disciplinary processes, CCMA cases, etc.
- We open bank accounts for all the workers (providing they have a valid ID).
- All our staff have Workmen Compensation coverage and Unemployment Insurance benefits.
- We handle the complete recruitment processes of candidates from sourcing to placement.
- All employees are contracted with Interglobe Outsourcing.
- We distribute pay slips to employees on time
